What we collect

Generica collects the information you provide when you create an account (name, email address), the content you create while using the product, and usage data that helps us improve the service (pages visited, features used).

How we use it

• To provide and operate the service, including authentication and billing.
• To send transactional email (verification, password resets, invitations).
• To understand how the product is used and improve it.

Third parties we share data with

We use a small number of processors to run the service: a database host, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, and an analytics provider. We never sell your personal data.

Data retention and deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Settings - this permanently removes your personal data from our systems. Billing records are retained as required by law.
