The service

Generica provides the features described on our website. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.

Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.

Billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Credit purchases are one-time charges and are non-refundable once consumed. You can cancel or change plans at any time from your billing settings; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
